The Dow Chemical Company closed on their acquisition of ExxonMobil Chemical Company's ownership of Univation Technologies, LLC. Previously Dow and ExxonMobil shared the entity 50/50 as part of a joint venture. Dow's Vice Chairman of Business Operations, James Fitterling, stated "Univation Technologies will add significant value to Dow’s plastics portfolio, as the leading technology licensor to the worldwide PE industry."
