Product Overview
Polyester & Polyether Urethane Foam
At Foam Products Corporation, we supply clients with two main types of flexible urethane foam products: ether and ester. While there are inherent differences between the two, both are constructed using high grade polyurethane. Compared with other foam products, these foam materials are generally less expensive because of the multiple impact protection they provide. FPC can fabricate custom foam packaging using either of these polyurethane foams.
Urethane Foam Production As Flexible As Your
The process of flexible urethane foam production begins with two streams of liquid, one containing the polyol and the other containing the isocyanate. Other additives are within the two liquids as well, and gas is introduced to turn the material into foam. To produce the variety of densities, degrees of hardness, and flexibilities that are available in polyurethane foam products, we adjust the levels and concentrations of these ingredients.
Rapid Distribution When You Need It
