The Dow Chemical Company closed on their acquisition of ExxonMobil Chemical Company’s ownership of Univation Technologies, LLC. Previously Dow and ExxonMobil shared the entity 50/50 as part of a joint venture. In September 2014 the 6th US Circuit Court ruled against Carpenter Co, Foamex Innovations Inc, and Woodbridge Foam Corp accusing these companies of Price Fixing.
